zonalization.
• Occupancy is planned at 80 sqft. / person.
• Computers are considered with 100 W per terminal
without any diversity.
• 20 CFM fresh air is considered per person as
per ASHRAE standards.
• Each chiller will be 370 TR air-cooled screw
chiller.
• Both the primary and secondary pumps will have
VFDs.
• The BMS will be designed and installed to operate
the chillers and Pumps in the most efficient way.
• A separate treated fresh air machine is planned
@ 1 per AHU room.
• Enclosed stair cases will be pressurized
